Jerry S. Peisner, CPA - Partner

Jerry is a graduate of Texas Christian
University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
in Accounting. He served four years as Auditor for the
Comptroller of Public Accounts for the State of Texas. He
then spent seven years at Dresser Industries before becoming
a Manager at Arthur Young. He started the state and local
tax practice at Arthur Young in Dallas. He then worked for
Arthur Andersen as a Senior Tax Manager giving him the depth
of experience necessary to prepare him to start Peisner
Johnson.
Ask Jerry what he loves most outside of work and
family is at the top of his list. He is married and has two children
in high school. He spends his time in physical and social activities
with his family.
Jerry is also active in his synagogue. Jerry's
philosophy in business is grounded by the principles he learns
there. He has developed ethics and standards that characterizes how
he does business.

Andy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Accounting with emphasis in Taxation from Brigham Young University. He began his career with Arthur Andersen. Andy was quickly promoted to Tax Senior further enhancing his tax research skills. Andy finished his tenure at Arthur Andersen as Manager before joining with Jerry to create Peisner Johnson.
When Andy is not consulting clients he enjoys working on his cattle ranch located south of Dallas, Texas. His patience and consistency have helped him to be successful in not just running a ranch, but in operating a business as well.
Family is an important part of Andy's life. He is married and has eight children. (You need lots of kids if you're going to have a ranch.) His fatherly devotion spills over in his company where employees develop under his guidance.
Andy is also devoted to serving others and volunteers through active involvement in his church.
