B2B Account Executive
The Company Our nationwide professional services firm, is small but profitable and looking to grow. We have a proven suite of services that saves money and finds refunds for our clients. It's very much in demand and the opportunity is huge even in this economy. Our plan is to double the size of our current business over the next three years and then double again in the next 2 years. The Opportunity We are seeking confident sales team members for our business. In this role, you will be selling tax consulting and service solutions to a variety of buyers throughout North America. The position offers a high level of responsibility, ownership and impact on the organization. By initiating calls with economic buyers, a successful Account Executive will identify and drive new business while developing relationships and a strong portfolio of accounts. This is an opportunity for someone who seeks real growth opportunities and knows they are an “A” player. The Candidate Our culture is one that breeds success. The Candidate • Bachelor’s Degree required • 1 to 5 years minimum of solution selling sales experience • Willingness to make 50-100 cold calls per day • Ability to deliver effective and dynamic presentations to various audiences • Flexible, team player who can work independently and shows initiative • Full-time, permanent position; this is not part-time, temporary, flex or a contract position • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm • Training is held in our Waxahachie, Texas office for a minimum of six months. After training, employees have the option to office out of our Dallas or Waxahachie location. Compensation & Benefits includes base salary of $35k based on experience, plus UNCAPPED commissions. In addition: candidates receive Medical benefits, 401k, and paid vacation. It is realistic to earn six figures within 24 months from your start date.
